Indie Canadian line Zoologist will launch Harvest Mouse, a brand new unisex perfume, in February.
Autumn winds skip throughout golden wheat fields. Because the tall grasses billow, the rattle of husks beats a tender prairie lullaby, signalling to the weary solar to relaxation. Within the fading mild, tiny harvest mice enterprise forth, scrambling to collect seeds and fruits. For as soon as the solar sinks totally beneath the horizon, its rule of the sky is bestowed on one other. And when the coo of the owl breaks the evening, the mice sprint, trembling, again to their nests.
Like a countryside bathed in candy daylight, Zoologist Harvest Mouse conjures pictures of home-baked goodness. Stalks of wheat sway amongst chamomile, davana and hay, and wealthy beer extracts are sobered by resins and woody notes. Cozy up in a heat nest of homespun scent.
Harvest Mouse was developed by perfumer Luca Maffei. Extra notes embody bergamot, cloves, orange blossom, benzoin, opoponax, rose, fir balsam, oakmoss, cedar, sandalwood, Peru balsam and vanilla.
